We are constantly striving to provide you with perfect products. unfortunately complaints and product returns can never be ruled out. To ensure smooth processing, we ask that the following Points to note.

2) Damage
If your package is damaged, this can be immediately confirmed by the carrier. Please continue to check the goods immediately upon receipt for damage and notify us. within two working days in writing, by mail or fax.

3) subsequent delivery
If something is missing, notify us immediately. within two working days in writing, by mail or fax.

4) Important Information
Please indicate the following information on the return shipping notice:

* Complete telephone number and fax number
* Quantity
* Memorysolution product name / number
* Invoice number
* Reason for return

5) Goods Return / exchange guarantee

For sellers:

# Please print the completed RMA request form and send it to us by website, fax or e-mail. We will notify you once we have test your RMA number.
# Please mark your return easily visible on the package with the RMA number and place the return shipping notice along with a copy of the original invoice with the delivery.
# You have to pay for delivery costs
# Returns without an RMA number or with insufficient postage will be returned unopened to you.


For private customers:

# Please contact the seller (2 years warranty)
# If the insolvency of the seller or business closure, a possible RMA only as follows:

Please send us ..
- A shipping charge of 5 €, by bank transfer or Paypal.
- Proof of purchase, the merchant name, date, article etc. are visible (eg invoice / sales receipt as a copy / scan)
- A detailed description of the error.
- A paypal address where we can send the bill for the return shipping.
- Your contact information (name, address, email)

Send us a request for repair / replacement warranty and RMA with the above information. Please fill in the form below. You will receive a response from our RMA department.


6) Condition of returns
The products must be received in the state with us, in which they have left our house. In parts where the original labels from Memorysolution have been removed and / or provided with personal labels or have been labeled, the processing is not possible. this is also for failure to comply with the anti-static requirements.
